These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern how you access and use the websites, mobile applications, digital products, subscription services, features, content, and other services provided by Kingcraft Technologies LTD (“Kingcraft Technologies,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) — together, the “Services.”

Read these Terms carefully before you access or use the Services.

By accessing, downloading, purchasing, subscribing to, or otherwise using any part of the Services, you’re confirming that you’ve read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them, along with our Privacy Policy and any other policy or terms we expressly incorporate by reference.

If you don’t agree with these Terms, don’t access or use the Services. Kingcraft Technologies LTD runs an independent e-vignette service and isn’t affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or acting on behalf of ASFINAG, DARS, CNAIR, NDS, or any other national toll authority.

For the purposes of these Terms:

• “Company,” “Kingcraft Technologies,” “we,” “us,” or “our” means Kingcraft Technologies LTD
• “Services” means our websites, applications, software, digital products, subscription services, features, and related functionality, collectively
• “User,” “you,” or “your” means any individual or entity accessing or using the Services
• “Content” covers text, graphics, images, designs, software, interfaces, trademarks, logos, documentation, audiovisual material, and other content made available through the Services
• “Subscription” means recurring paid access to particular features, functionality, content, or Services
• “Third-Party Services” means websites, platforms, applications, payment providers, or other services operated independently of Kingcraft Technologies LTD

You may only use the Services if you’re legally able to enter into an agreement with us. By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that:

• You’re at least 18 years old, or have reached the applicable age of legal majority in your jurisdiction
• You have the legal capacity and authority needed to accept these Terms
• Your use of the Services complies with applicable laws and regulations
• Any information you give us, where required, is accurate and not intentionally misleading

If you’re accessing or using the Services on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you’re confirming you have the authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

As long as you comply with these Terms, Kingcraft Technologies LTD grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to access and use the Services for their intended purposes.

Unless we expressly authorize it or applicable law permits it, you must not:

• Use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive purposes
• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right
• Try to gain unauthorized access to accounts, networks, servers, systems, or data
• Circumvent or interfere with security, authentication, access-control, or technical protection mechanisms
• Disrupt, damage, overload, or impair how the Services operate
• Introduce malware, malicious code, or other harmful technologies
• Use automated scripts, bots, crawlers, scraping tools, or similar technologies to access or extract information from the Services without authorization
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or try to discover the source code of the Services, except where such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law
• Copy, reproduce, redistribute, sell, rent, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Services or Content without authorization
• Impersonate another individual or entity
• Use the Services in a way that infringes someone else’s intellectual property, privacy, or other rights

Where we detect prohibited, abusive, fraudulent, or unauthorized activity, we may take reasonable action to protect the Services and our users.

The Services and all associated Content, technology, designs, interfaces, software, trademarks, trade names, logos, graphics, and other intellectual property are owned by, licensed to, or otherwise lawfully used by Kingcraft Technologies LTD, and may be protected by copyright, trademark, database, and other intellectual property laws.

Beyond the limited right to use the Services granted under these Terms, no ownership or intellectual property rights transfer to you.

Without our prior written authorization, you may not:

• Copy or reproduce protected Content
• Redistribute or commercially exploit the Services or Content
• Modify the Services or create unauthorized derivative works
• Remove copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
• Use our company name, trademarks, logos, branding, or other identifiers in a way that suggests sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement

Any rights not expressly granted under these Terms are reserved by Kingcraft Technologies LTD and its licensors.

You may be able to submit inquiries, feedback, reviews, support requests, suggestions, or other materials through the Services. You keep whatever ownership rights you have in the materials you submit.

That said, to the extent we need it to operate our Services, you grant Kingcraft Technologies LTD a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process, reproduce, and use submitted materials for legitimate purposes, such as:

• Providing customer support
• Responding to your communications
• Operating and maintaining the Services
• Investigating technical or security issues
• Improving our products and functionality
• Complying with applicable legal obligations

You’re representing that whatever you submit doesn’t violate applicable law, infringe third-party rights, contain malicious code, or otherwise breach these Terms.

We may remove or restrict access to submitted content where reasonably necessary to comply with the law, protect users, enforce these Terms, or maintain the security and integrity of the Services.

Our Services may link to, integrate with, or depend on products and services run by third parties — payment processors, app distribution platforms, cloud and hosting providers, analytics providers, customer support services, security providers, and external websites or applications, among others.

Third-Party Services operate independently of Kingcraft Technologies LTD and may be governed by their own terms, privacy policies, and other conditions. To the extent the law allows, we’re not responsible for the availability, content, security, policies, practices, or independent actions of Third-Party Services. Review the applicable terms and policies before using any third-party product or service.

Access to certain Service features may be granted solely through a one-time purchase.

Before you finalize a purchase, the current price and all material payment terms are shown to you within the purchase interface itself.

Where relevant, the following applies:

Nature of purchases. All purchases are one-time transactions — they don’t renew or trigger recurring charges. Once you’ve purchased a vignette or feature, access stays unlocked on an ongoing basis, consistent with the terms shown in the purchase interface at the time of the transaction.

Payment handling. Payments are processed through Stripe.

Taxes and additional charges. Applicable taxes, duties, or comparable charges may apply depending on your location.

Refund policy. Refunds follow applicable law and whatever refund policy was disclosed at the time of purchase.

Modifications. We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue vignettes or features from time to time. Where the law or platform rules require it, we’ll give advance notice before such changes take effect.

We may offer free trials, introductory pricing, discounts, or other promotional offers for certain Services. The duration, eligibility requirements, pricing, renewal terms, and other conditions for a particular offer may be shown at the time the offer is made.

Where a free trial automatically converts to a paid subscription, your payment method may be charged once the trial ends, unless you cancel before the renewal or billing date. Promotional offers may carry additional restrictions and may not be available to every user, product, platform, or jurisdiction.

Certain Services may include informational, educational, productivity, wellness, security, utility-related, or other general-purpose content. Unless we say otherwise, this information is for general purposes only and shouldn’t be treated as professional advice.

The Services aren’t a substitute for qualified medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Seek appropriate professional help when making decisions that call for specialized expertise.

We work continuously to maintain and improve the Services, but we don’t guarantee that every feature stays available indefinitely. Where reasonably necessary, we may:

• Add or remove features
• Modify functionality
• Release updates
• Perform maintenance
• Change technical requirements
• Suspend portions of the Services
• Discontinue particular products or features

Some interruptions may happen because of maintenance, technical problems, third-party infrastructure, security incidents, network conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Where the law requires it, we’ll give appropriate notice of material changes affecting paid Services.

To the fullest extent the law allows, the Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. Kingcraft Technologies LTD doesn’t make warranties or representations beyond those that can’t legally be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties relating to:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Availability
• Reliability
• Accuracy

We don’t guarantee the Services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or compatible with every device, operating system, network, or third-party service. Nothing in these Terms affects warranties, guarantees, or statutory rights that can’t lawfully be excluded or restricted.

To the maximum extent the law allows, Kingcraft Technologies LTD and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers won’t be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from or relating to the Services. Where legally permitted, that may include:

• Loss of profits or revenue
• Loss of business opportunities
• Loss of data
• Loss of anticipated savings
• Business interruption
• Indirect device or system-related losses

These limitations apply only to the extent the law allows. Nothing here excludes or limits liability for matters that can’t lawfully be excluded or restricted, including any mandatory statutory consumer rights that apply to you.

You’re responsible for using the Services appropriately and in line with these Terms. Where applicable, that means:

• Keeping your account credentials secure and confidential
• Protecting the devices you use to access the Services
• Providing accurate information when reasonably required
• Managing subscriptions and renewal settings through the applicable platform
• Making sure your use of the Services complies with applicable laws
• Taking reasonable precautions when using internet-based products and services

Let us know promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to an account, or notice another security issue involving the Services.

How we collect and process personal information in connection with the Services is described in our Privacy Policy. We process personal information in line with applicable privacy and data protection requirements.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights around access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or other aspects of how we process your personal information. Check our Privacy Policy for more on our data practices and your available privacy rights.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to some or all of the Services where reasonably necessary — including where:

• You materially violate these Terms
• Your activity presents a security risk
• We reasonably suspect fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity
• Your use interferes with the Services or other users
• Suspension or termination is required by applicable law, regulation, court order, or governmental authority
• Continuing to provide access would create material legal, security, or operational risks

Where appropriate and legally required, we’ll give notice before taking such action. Termination or suspension doesn’t affect rights, obligations, or liabilities that accrued before it took effect, and any provisions that should naturally survive termination will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in:

• Our Services and functionality
• Business or operational practices
• Applicable laws and regulations
• Payment or platform requirements
• Security or technical requirements

When we update these Terms, we revise the “Last updated” date at the top. Where the law requires it, we’ll give appropriate notice before material changes take effect. Continuing to use the Services after updated Terms take effect may count as accepting the revised Terms, to the extent the law allows. If you don’t agree with updated Terms, stop using the affected Services.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or connected to them or the Services, are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles — except where mandatory laws that apply to you say otherwise.

Subject to applicable consumer protection laws, disputes relating to these Terms or the Services fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If you’re a consumer living somewhere that gives you mandatory rights to bring proceedings before your local courts, or the protection of local consumer laws, nothing here is meant to limit those rights.

If a court or other competent authority finds any provision of these Terms invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, where possible. If that’s not possible, the affected provision is treated as severed from these Terms, and the rest continue in full force and effect.

If Kingcraft Technologies LTD doesn’t immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, or doesn’t exercise a right available under them, that’s not a waiver of that provision or right. Any waiver has to be made expressly by us, and only applies to the specific circumstances it was given for.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Cookie Policy, and any additional terms that apply to a particular Service, make up the entire agreement between you and Kingcraft Technologies LTD regarding your use of the Services. They supersede any prior agreements, representations, or understandings on the same subject, to the extent the law allows.
